Membership Application

Membership in this Association shall be open to any person, firm or corporation engaged in any trades,
industries or professions related to the building or construction industry within the territorial jurisdiction of this
Association. Membership shall be open to any person who, as an owner is in a business that is, or as a full-time
employee is employed by a firm or corporation that is primarily engaged in any trades, industries or professions
related to the building or construction industry that has operated under the application name for a period of at
least one (1) year. Membership shall be open to any person who meets the above criteria, subscribes to the
attached Code of Ethics of this Association and is of good character and business reputation. Applicants shall
be sponsored by at least two (2) current members of this Association who are in good standing. Application
shall be accompanied by payment of the membership dues and proof of current insurance. Applicants must
meet with the approval of two-thirds (2/3) vote of our Board of Directors.
